When you create a free investor account or contact us, we collect the information you provide directly, which is limited to:

• Your first and last name
• Your email address
• Your phone number
• Whether you choose to opt in to our investor newsletter (optional)
• Any details you include when you contact us or ask about a specific listing

If you register or sign in using a third-party provider such as Google, that provider shares your basic profile information (name and email) with us so we can create your account. We do not receive your provider password.

We also automatically collect standard technical information through cookies and analytics, such as your browser type, device, and how you use the site, described further below.

How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

• Create and maintain your investor account
• Give you access to live inventory, full deal terms, and our elevated private-investor rates
• Respond to your inquiries and help you reserve a payment stream
• Send our investor newsletter, including new inventory alerts, through our email provider, Constant Contact, if you have opted in
• Contact you about deals, your reservations, and account or service matters
• Operate, secure, improve, and analyze our website
• Comply with legal and regulatory obligations

We do not sell your data

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate our business, such as our email newsletter provider (Constant Contact), analytics providers, and hosting providers, and only to the extent they need it to perform services for us. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights.

Unsubscribing from marketing email does not stop essential account or transaction messages. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information you provide. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your information consistent with industry practice.

Children’s privacy

Our website and services are intended for investors who are adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
